Leaders often struggle to influence across teams, especially when they lack formal authority. Traditional training focused on theory but didn’t give leaders a safe space to practice navigating resistance, building trust, or communicating with clarity.
The goal was to create an interactive, emotionally intelligent experience that builds confidence and decision‑making skills.
